I purchased this very expensive Phillips SpeechOne Wireless Headset to use with Dragon Naturally Speaking and there is no customer support for this product from Amazon or the manufacturer, Phillips, so I am having to try to figure out how to get it to work with Dragon Naturally Speaking. Also, I purchased everything and it should have come with a free 2 year subscription to SpeechExec Pro, but there is no product key in the box so I can't download SpeechExec Pro, which is the software needed to have this headset work with Dragon. Very frustrating. I've already spent hours trying to figure out how to use this headset by reaching out to Philips Audio, Philips Dictation, Amazon Product Support, and watching numerous video tutorials which only show you how to charge the headset and put the headset together, not how to actually use the headset for dictation purposes. I will have to return this if I can't figure out how to use it soon.
