Read DOuG pRATt's review for installation tips. It's a little trouble to snap the earpad back onto the headphones but that's not the product's fault. I didn't have to cut the fabric, just bend it a little at most.This is pretty much the only option available for these headphones (nominally non-removable earpads), and they feel like the earpads the UE4000 came with.
