A little on the pricy side, but for a customer service standpoint, I work roughly 10 hour shifts and I'd say this headset on a single charge lasts most of it. I do need to set it on the charger during my half hour lunch break, but with that, I'd say does fine.The range is also a huge plus. Only thing I wish is I could buy a second headset as a backup, without buying an entire separate setup. The base does support multiple headsets but I can't find a way to purchase just the earpiece anywhere.
